This website is a listing service to assist both sellers and buyers. Any forms provided are general ones, and other forms may be required by a particular state, or other jurisdiction in order to buy or sell a business. The sellers and buyers agree that by the use of the services and/or forms provided they are not receiving legal advice or any advice prohibited by law in the particular jurisdiction where they reside.
