Australian Immigration Help and Processes
International Business & Introduction Brokers (Migration Agents and Australian Business Brokers) are skilled in providing Australian immigration help, this includes the tailored packaging of the total process right through from enquiry, recommended visa application, business introduction/purchase, relocation assistance to permanent residency therefore providing a smoother cultural and resettlement transition. Also See Migrancy Assistance.
All immigration into Australia is controlled by the Department of Immigration and Multicultural affairs (DIMA). Because of the potential complexity and cost of permanent residency approval, intending migrants are strongly encouraged to visit DIMA's website to familiarise themselves with the conditions and processes attached to business visa applications.
There are a number of Business Skills Visa subclasses:
- Business Owner (Provisional 160, Residence 890)
- Senior Executive (Provisional 161, Residence 890)
- Investor (Provisional 162, Residence 891)
- State/Territory Sponsored Business Owner (Provisional 163, Residence 892)
- State/Territory Sponsored Senior Executive (Provisional 164, Residence 892)
- State/Territory Sponsored Investor (Provisional 165, Residence 893)
- Business Talent (Migrant 132)
Australia is actively encouraging Business skills entrants to set up business in regional, rural or low growth areas of Australia. State/Territory government sponsorship is available for each category, this enable States to attract the types of Business people to assist in economic development of specific areas. Substantial concessions are available for those sponsored categories at both provisional and permanent residence stages.
The majority of business skills entrants will enter Australia initially on a provisional (temporary) visa for 4 years and, after satisfactory evidence of a specified level of business or investment activity, may apply for permanent residence. The pathway to permanent residence is designed to give clarity and certainty to provisional business migrants and relies upon the establishment and management of genuine business activity in Australia.
There is also provision for high calibre business migrants to obtain up front direct permanent residence if they have high level business attributes and are sponsored by a State or Territory.
Go to Migrancy Assessment and complete the assessment application which will allow InBIB to make a determination on the type of Visa we recommend you apply for and to discuss your options.
