Opening a Bank Account in the USA for Your Rental Property Returns

Choosing one of the larger bank which has wire transfer facilities, on-line banking and can offer property investor loans should be preferred. The reason being that although you may not be able to qualify straight away, you will have opportunity to build up a relationship with the bank, and at a later date you may be able to use their financing.
